 What are the services offered by TAXIWALA?
Taxiwala offers reliable taxi services from IGI Airport to any part of the near by states.
However we aslo handle Airport Transfer from Airport to the city and local full day service with minimum 8hrs and 80kms.

 Is the service available 24 X 7?
Car rental services are available round the clock at the IGI airport, New Delhi. Subject to availability of the vehicles.

 What if no one comes to pick me Up at the airport?
We are just a call away!
Our office is just 100 metres away from the arrival and departure terminal and almost zero distance from the main airport parking and adjacent to Airport Hotel.

 How do I reserve a taxi?
You can book the taxi either by calling us @ +91 11 2567 4070 or filling this reservation form
If you are in Delhi and wish to reserve the taxi, you can walk into our office on any day (Seven days working)
Or if you have plan to rent a car for outstation do mail us your travel plan in detail. We would get back to you ASAP.

 How should I pay the advance?
You can pay us the 50 percent advance amount through online bank transfer.

 Can I call for a taxi at any time ?
Yes, you can but its suggested to have an advanced reservation. All the vehicles are alloted on first cum first served basis.
Guaranteed reservation helps you in travelling with 100% confidence.

 Is there a charge for booking on the phone/web?
No, there is no additional charge for booking a taxi on the phone/web.

 What are the tariffs to rent a car?
We present top class rent a car services in Delhi at lowest rates. Research a little, you can find the truth yourself. You pay less for the top class car rental service in Delhi . We charge for both way mileages even in the case of one-way travel.
Eg: If you wish to travel from Delhi- Jaipur one way (250Kms), but in actual you would be charged for a total of 500 kms.

 Will I be charged for waiting time also?
Yes,the waiting charges differ from vehicles to vehicle and are mentioned in detail in the tariff section.

 Are there any extra charges to be paid over and above?
Yes, Service tax of 4.94% extra, plus the parking charges and the toll Charges wherever applicable.
Night charges for the driver would be applicable after 22.00 Hrs.

 Wish to extend my travel, how to go about it?
If you are travelling outstation and wish to extend your travel, We request you to inform us in advance so that we would not reserve your vehicle to any other customer.

 How do I pay the balance amount after completion of my trip?
You can pay the balance amount to the driver in cash after the completion of a trip.

 Can I pay using my credit card?
At present, we are not offering payment by credit card. We expect to launch this service shortly.

 I forgot something in the car, how to get it back?
In case you have left behind something in the taxi, please call us and give us the details of the taxi number, date and time of travel. We will help you in tracking down your valuables if found in the car.

 What if I want to cancel a booking?
In circumstances where you must cancel a guaranted reservation, please call us in advance by atleast 24 hrs and we will do the needful. The booking can either be postponed or cancelled. Incase of cancellation the entire amount will be refunded.

 What if I don't arrive after booking the car?
When the customer books a guaranteed reservation and does not rent their car, a No show fee would be charged.
The entire amount for the full day would be charged in case of No Show.

 Is the service available all India ?
Our services are currently available only from Delhi & NCR to any other part of India . However the charges would be charged on garage - garage basis.

 How should I locate the driver at the airport?
Every customer will be welcomed by the respective driver in exclusive manner with a welcome board bearing the passenger name.

 Can I rent a car without the chauffeur?
No, only chauffeur driven cars are rented by us.

 What does a full day service mean?
We offer minimum of full day service, which includes 80kms for 8hrs. Extra Hours and Extra Kms would be charged as applicable in the tariff list.

 What is the minimum distance I have to travel if I travel outstation?
A minimum of 200 kms per day has to be covered by the vehicle everyday. (Average would be taken out to the total number of days travelled)
